Adding Miles & OUR Marathon Diets (Mug Cakes Anyone?)

This week we all put in some solid miles, united for a long run, and rejoice at Olive Garden (even if things got a little weird). We also talk through our general diets while marathon training along with finally saving some time to chat Premier league. I think this discussion really took off and we all were “feeding” off of each other.
