Sean is Beating the System (10 Days to 1/2 Marathon Tune-Up)

Kyle, Cody and Sean are back with episode 11 of the Pain Cave Chronicles as we roll into another marathon training week. This week had all the highs and lows of marathon training. Kyle continues to build back from a setback and nails a 17 mile workout, Sean rocks his new schedule capped off by a steady/GMP 20 mile workout, and Cody reflects on a solid week with a touch of learning some things the hard way.
